"Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)" means a candidate/person registered as an Overseas Citizen of India as declared by the Central Government under section 7A of the Citizenship Act 1955and includes Persons of Indian Origin(PIO).
Explanation: For the purposes of this clause, all the existing Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) cardholders registered under notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs No. F. No. 26011/04/98- F. I dated 19th August 2002 and shall now be deemed to be Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card holders by virtue of Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, No. 25024/9/2014-F.I. Dated 9th January, 2015.
"Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)": A Person having foreign citizenship (except Pakistan and Bangladesh) without "NRI" status, who holds a Foreign Passport at the time of sending application, consideration for admission and during the period of his/her study, and he/she or anyone/both of his/her parents or anyone/both of his/her grandparents is (or was)/are (or were) citizen(s) of India by virtue of the provisions of the Constitution of India or Sec. 2(b) of Citizenship Act, 1955 (Act No. 57 of 1955).
"Foreign Nationals" means Citizens of all countries other than India, who are not of Indian origin as defined under PIO.
"Foreign Student" means Foreign Student in this context shall be defined as the student who possesses a foreign passport.
Children of Indian workers in the Gulf Countries: The children of an Indian who is working in Gulf Countries under relevant working visa.
"NRI": Non-Resident Indian as per the definition given in the section 6 of the Income Tax Act 1961.
"NRI Candidate" means a candidate who is a child/ward of the of the person who has the 'NRI status' as defined under section 6 of the Income Tax Act.
The AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) has approved G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur admitting students having status of Foreign Nationals / Persons of Indian Origin / Children of Indian workers in the Gulf Countries under 15% supernumerary quota for Children of NRI Students up to 5% within the Sanctioned Intake in following branches in the following branches

*Candidates can pay Cash or prepared DD in favour of "Director, G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur", payable at Nagpur from any Nationalized bank at the time of counseling round mentioned in the schedule. Examination and other fees will be applicable as per rules and regulations of the institute.
